AFRINIC-38 brings together Africa's Internet community to discuss the policies, services and priorities that support the management and growth of Internet number resources across the continent. The meeting provides an opportunity to connect with network operators, Internet service providers, regulators, governments, technical experts, data centres, IXPs, technology companies and other organisations contributing to Africa's digital development.
By sponsoring AFRINIC-38, your organisation will gain visibility among a specialised regional audience while demonstrating its commitment to a stronger, more secure and resilient Internet ecosystem in Africa.
Why sponsor AFRINIC-38?
Connect with Africa's Internet community
AFRINIC-38 provides direct access to professionals and organisations responsible for building, operating, regulating and supporting Internet infrastructure across Africa. The meeting provides an environment for meaningful conversations, relationship building and engagement around the issues shaping Africa's Internet ecosystem.
Focused visibility
AFRINIC-38 is a one-day meeting with a focused programme and shared meeting spaces. This gives sponsors consistent visibility throughout the event, and opportunities to engage directly with delegates during sessions, breaks and networking activities.
Depending on your sponsorship package, visibility may extend across:
- the AFRINIC-38 website and digital platforms
- event branding and meeting materials
- social media and community communications
- the hybrid meeting and livestream platforms
- delegate giveaways
- event communications.
Position your brand within Africa's digital future
Africa's growing digital economy depends on reliable Internet infrastructure and access to critical Internet number resources. Sponsoring AFRINIC-38 positions your organisation alongside the community working to advance Internet growth and development through areas such as IPv6 deployment, routing security, Internet number resource management, interconnection, capacity building and policy development.
Extend your visibility beyond the meeting
Your sponsorship journey begins before delegates arrive in Cape Town. Selected packages include visibility through AFRINIC's digital channels, mailing lists, social media and meeting communications before the event, with further recognition through post-event content and reporting.

Talk to us about your partnership objectivesProtecting the independence of the policy process
AFRINIC-38 is first and foremost a community policy meeting.
The AFRINIC Policy Development Process is open, transparent and community-driven. Sponsorship does not provide influence over policy discussions or outcomes, and speaking opportunities within the Policy Plenary cannot be purchased. Where speaking opportunities form part of a sponsorship package, they are provided within appropriate non-policy, technical, opening or networking sessions and remain subject to programme approval.
This separation enables organisations support the development of Africa's Internet ecosystem while protecting the independence and credibility of the community's policy process.
Be part of the community working to strengthen Africa's Internet infrastructure and shape the policies that support its development.
